NATHAN DAGLEY
Because of his achievements Mr. Dagley sits on the following advisory councils for Nationwide Insurance – Agent Council to the
President of Western Operations, Texas APAC Council, Texas Leadership Council and formerly the Texas Commercial Council.
In addition to operating the second largest Nationwide Insurance Agency in the state of Texas, Mr. Dagley is also the owner of a
real estate development company and a partner in a mortgage company.
Mr. Dagley is a proud graduate of the University of North Texas where he attained a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Business Entrepreneurship. Mr. Dagley is also an active member of the Katy, TX community sponsoring events and
organizations such as the Pregnancy Help Center, Seven Lakes and Cinco Ranch High Schools and Student Venture.

Mr. Nathan Dagley founded Dagley Insurance & Financial Services, Inc (DIFS) in 2001.
He is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company and brings leadership and vision
to DIFS.
Prior to starting DIFS, Mr. Dagley created other companies including Gilbert Landscaping,
Custom Design Innovations, Inc. and Earthcare Management, Inc.
Through the entrepreneurial experience gained in these other ventures Mr. Dagley has been
highly successful in refining and perfecting the Company’s business model as evidenced by
the success of the eight offices currently in operation.
Furthermore, Mr. Dagley has been honored by Nationwide Insurance Company for attaining
the level of Champions Conference and Presidents Conference for multiple years.
In 2006, Mr. Dagley achieved the highest level of honor Presidents Conference All-Star which
recognizes the top twelve Nationwide Insurance agencies in the country.
